Returns & Refunds

I want you to be happy with your purchase and love my pieces as much as I love designing and making them.

If you decide to cancel, for any reason, then I’m happy to replace or refund the price of your purchase.

Please inform me by email of your cancellation, you will have 15 days to cancel from the day after receiving goods. You are responsible for returning goods to me and for the cost of return. The item must be returned undamaged and in its original packaging.

On receipt of the returned item I will process a refund through PayPal or as appropriate to the original payment method, excluding initial postage costs.

Please note this right to cancel does not apply to PERSONALISED ITEMS.

If, in the unlikely event that an item is damaged, I will arrange for the item to be fixed or replaced to your satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please contact me within 48 hours of receipt of goods. Please rest assured that I will work with you to resolve any issues.

In the case of wrong or faulty items you should inform me of return of the item within 7 days of receiving the goods. I will repair or replace the item, or refund costs on receipt of returned item.
